General Conditions, Terms, and Guidelines:

1. Neither the website owners, operators, or hosting company is liable nor responsible for any emails sent using this system.
2. By sending emails with this system, you accept ALL responsibility for the contents of the message sent.
3. You also accept ALL responsibility for the consequences and repurcussions of your email.
4. You agree that if someone takes you to court, files any sort of legal action against you, or suffers due to the email you sent, you will accept all blame and penalty.
5. Furthermore, you will not pass any blame or cost on to the owners or operators of Email Pranker.
6. This system is provided as a way of sending prank email messages. This is not a method of forging emails.
7. We include a tracking number in every prank email we send out which will allow the recipient to identify who really sent the email.
8. If you wish to send truly anonymous emails, go elsewhere. This system is not for you. This makes it safer for you and us.
9. It is especially forbidden to use Email Pranker to attempt to retrieve Passwords, PIN numbers, Bank Details, Credit Card Numbers, etc.
10. To that extent, it is forbidden to use Email Pranker for any sort of "phishing" and we will take action against these individuals.

Content of Email Messages:

1. We ask that you use common sense when putting together your prank email.
2. Keep in mind the repurcussions of any email you send.
3. Consider who the recipient is and if they will suffer from the email you send them.
4. Consider if the recipient will be offended or distressed.
5. If you answered yes to any of these questions (or similar ones), then this system is not for you.
6. Emails are restricted to 2kb or 2048 characters of text. They can be shorter if you want.
7. Only simple text messages are permitted.
8. Attachments are not allowed.
9. HTML characters, binary data, and other special characters will be stripped out of the email before it is sent.
10. The review version of your message will include any characters that have been changed.
11. It is especially forbidden to use Email Pranker to attempt to retrieve Passwords, PIN numbers, Bank Details, Credit Card Numbers, etc.
12. To that extent, it is forbidden to use Email Pranker for any sort of "phishing" and we will take action against these individuals.

Tracking Information:

1. At the bottom of each email sent using Email Pranker we will add a note identifying the message as coming from us.
2. Furthermore, we will include a unique tracking number that will allow the recipient to trace the email back to you, the sender.
3. By using this system you agree that we can share your Name and Email Address with the person you sent the prank email to or anyone who randomly guesses the tracking number.

Other Notes:

1. Any replies to messages sent via Email Pranker will be sent directly to you, the sender, without passing through Email Pranker.
2. Emails that are returned undeliverable might go to you, they might not.
3. A log of all members who use this system is kept and reviewed by administrators on a semi-regular basis.
4. This log includes all the information you entered in to the system as well as your IP address.
5. This information is kept so that it may be given to the appropriate authorities if needed.

Simply put, we will do all we can to protect your personal information. We will not sell it to anyone, or allow anyone else to view the logs unless required by law.
